1. App Usage and Intellectual Property

You are not allowed to copy or modify the App, any part of the App, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the App, and you also shouldn't try to translate the App into other languages or make derivative versions. The App itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong solely to their respective owners.

2. Financial Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

The "Trading Book" App and all its content, including but not limited to articles, lessons, analysis, "The Vault", strategies, and predictions, are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

We are not financial advisors. No information or content provided in the App should be construed as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Trading and investing in financial markets (such as stocks, cryptocurrencies, forex, etc.) carry a high level of risk, and it is possible to lose some or all of your capital. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions based on the information provided in our App.

3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers "Premium" content (e.g., The Vault) and additional features that may be purchased via In-App Purchases or Auto-Renewable Subscriptions. We use a third-party service (RevenueCat) to securely manage all transactions linked to your Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play Store) account.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Policy

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, indicating the cost of the renewal.
• Managing Subscriptions: Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings (on the App Store or Google Play) after purchase.
• Cancellation: Cancellation of the current subscription will apply at the end of the ongoing billing period. No prorated refunds will be provided for mid-period cancellations.

4. Advertising and Rewarded Ads

The App is ad-supported, including rewarded video ads provided by third-party networks such as Unity Ads. By using the App, you agree that we may display such advertisements. The use of the App and the rewards granted for watching ads (if applicable) are subject to the availability and proper functioning of these third-party services.
